He has experience across several states and specializes in identifying value-add opportunities, particularly through renovations and improving tenancies, consistently achieving no less than 12% cash on cash returns. Marcus is a member of several prestigious real estate councils. His investment focus is primarily on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. Initially starting his professional career at the World Bank, he is multilingual, holding academic credentials in foreign affairs and blockchain from the University of Virginia and the University of Nicosia, respectively.

Richard Dunn is a real estate investor and asset manager with 20 years of experience. He specializes in general contracting, and finance, with a focus on Section 8 and Veteran housing in DC, MD, and VA. Richard is well-versed in taxes, private investment, joint ventures, and buy-and-hold strategies. He has worked with traditional lenders, institutional lenders, community banks, and hard money financiers. A tech-savvy professional, he uses tools like Appfolio to efficiently manage portfolios and leverages other tools and incentive to maximize cash flow, ensuring positive yields across all properties.

Douglas began his career at Investors Group in 1984, introducing innovative financial products and leading a sales team, quickly rising to become one of the youngest Division Managers. After leaving, he ventured into financial consulting, raising substantial capital in North America. In 2004, he joined Prestigious Properties Group as COO and Managing Partner, significantly expanding the company’s assets and investor base, subsequently founding Taurean Global Properties in 2008. He has purchased, developed and operated more than 1,500 apartment units and developed real estate in Canada, the U.S., Brazil and Argentina. Having emerged from a successful retirement, Douglas continues to influence the real estate and finance sectors.

Paul is a software development professional and entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience. He has worked in finance, telecom, ISPs, government, healthcare, non-profit, education, and real estate.

Paul has built software for the legal team at Wells Fargo, and custom sales and marketing software for companies like DirecTV, AT&T, ADT Home Security, and HughesNet Satellite Internet.

He is a graduate of California State University Monterey Bay. And has a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications, Multimedia, and Applied Computing.
